C’è un bel libro, La gaia scienza, dove Nietzsche descrive quella che chiama Amicizia Stellare.

“Noi siamo due navi, ognuna con la sua meta;possiamo incrociarci e celebrare una festa tra di noi,ancorati in uno stesso porto e sotto lo stesso sole…ma il nostro compito ci spinge l’uno lontano dall’altro,in diversi mari e zone di sole e forse potremo rivederci,un giorno,ma senza riconoscerci:i diversi mari e soli ci hanno mutati.. Ma deve esistere un’immensa curva e orbita siderale in cui potrebbero essere ricomprese le nostre diverse vie e diverse mete…eppure la nostra vita è troppo breve per poter essere più che degli amici…nel senso di questa nobile possibilità. E’ così che vogliamo credere con tutte le nostre forze alla nostra amicizia stellare…”

Queste sono le ragioni pascaliane del cuore:vascelli liberi e temerari che sfidano i mari tempestosi per intravedere qualcosa degli orizzonti senza confini dell’anima,della sua profondità,momenti nitidi e immoti in cui ci si rende conto che ogni viaggio ci porta molto lontano.

There is a fine book, The Gay Science, where Nietzsche describes what he calls Friendship Star.
"We are two ships, each with its goal, and celebrate a feast for matches between us, anchored in the same port and under the same sun ... but our work leads us away from each other, in different seas and areas of sun and perhaps we will meet again one day, but do not recognize: the different seas and suns has changed us .. But there must be a huge curve and stellar orbit in which they may be covered by our different ways and different places ... and yet our life is too short to be more than friends ... in this noble sense of possibility. It 's so we want to believe with all our strength to our friendship star ... "
